As we approach the holiday season and New Year, we had our team reflect on what they are thankful for this past year.
R+B Principals Sarah Broughton and John Rowland take a look back at our team successes and flexibility, and gratefulness to be working in Colorado.
We are thankful that our team has remained healthy and that we have been able to adapt well to remote work. We love gathering as a team on Monday mornings to start the week with inspiration and meditation, project updates, accolades and reflection. Together we are truly stronger and this ritual has been especially important as we evolve this year.
We are thankful for the power of positivity and that we remain optimistic about the future and our role to keep pushing great, impactful design. We were so honored to win AIA CO Firm of the Year this year. It was amazing to be recognized for all of the hard work over the last seventeen years. We are inspired to keep reaching new heights and to continue to be a firm where every voice matters and collaboration is key to our success.
We are thankful to be practicing in Colorado. We feel so fortunate to have studios in both Denver and Aspen, locations where people want to be and want to do projects. Our clients mentor us as much as we mentor them. It is thrilling to have clients that are excited to participate in the design process and who are asking for contributing architecture.
